Weber's Internet Sourcebook is "Everything you need to build, manage, and market your website." It is a pocket-sized directory where webmasters and small business owners look to see what’s new, what’s necessary, and what’s possible for their websites.

Webmasters have a strong need to know the kinds of products and technologies that are available to make their websites work. They need to know what’s necessary (copyright law rulings, privacy requirements, spam-blocking technology, sales tax software, etc.) and what’s possible (custom animation, games, music and video; drop-ship retailing; chat and bulletin board software, new functionalities, etc.) They also need competent web designers, computer servicemen, and other vendors in their local area.

Weber's Internet Sourcebook would provide a major retail chain or electronics reseller (CDW was pitched) with a great way to build gratitude and loyalty among customers.
