man reaching up to god,
god reaching down to man

My entry in the World Trade Center Memorial competition is built around a 70-foot glass obelisk, Man Reaching Up To God, God Reaching Down To Man. It is molded with the handprints of the children of the WTC attack's victims.

I have used simple geometric shapes to convey the power of the site, while at the same time allowing visitors to regulate the intensity of their own experience.

You can see the entire entry here.
